Description
WATER STEEL PIPES (Plumbing & Fluid Transmission Pipes – EN 10255 / EN 10219)
Our steel pipes for water and fluid transmission are engineered to provide reliable performance in pressurized systems, plumbing networks, and industrial utility lines. Manufactured in full conformance with EN 10255 (welded steel tubes suitable for welding and threading) and EN 10219 standards, they are supplied in hot-dip galvanized finishes for anti-corrosion protection as well as in bare black steel.
Key Classifications & Engineering Specifications
EN 10255 Medium Series (Green Mark): Medium-weight profile with robust wall thickness (2.60 mm at 1/2” up to 4.50 mm at 4″), engineered for high mechanical strength and higher pressure containment.
EN 10255 Light Series L (Red Mark): Optimized lightweight profile (2.30 mm to 3.60 mm wall thickness) designed for threading and standard plumbing installations.
Commercial Grade EN 10219 (Yellow Mark): Economical range (2.00 mm to 3.00 mm wall thickness) suitable for general conveyance and low-pressure plumbing services.
Certified Corrosion Resistance: Hot-dip galvanized layers ensure consistent internal and external zinc coating to safeguard against scale, corrosion, and water degradation.
Pressure Tested Reliability: 100% hydrostatically tested, fully compatible with threaded fittings, grooved couplings (Victaulic), and butt-welding.
Technical Sizing & Availability
Nominal Diameters: 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”, 4”.
Standard Length: 6.00 m straight lengths.
End Finishes: Plain cut ends for welding or threaded with coupling upon request.
