Description

Characteristics

The TPS 40.1000 is a trapezoidal profile and is mainly used for building roof coverings and wall cladding where thermal insulation is not required. In cases where thermal insulation is necessary, two profiles can be used with an appropriate intermediate insulation layer.

It should be noted that this profile can also be manufactured in a curved form, allowing coverage of buildings with special architectural designs.

Applications

The trapezoidal profile TPS 40.1000 can be used in a wide range of applications such as facade renovations of existing buildings that require interventions, roofs of steel buildings, canopies, parking areas, sports facilities, construction site fencing, and many other structures.

TPS 50.1000

Characteristics

The TPS 50.1000 is a trapezoidal profile and is mainly used for roofing and wall cladding in buildings where thermal insulation is not required. In cases where thermal insulation is necessary, two profiles can be used with an appropriate intermediate insulation layer.

With the option of being produced in a perforated version, it can also meet sound insulation requirements when used as a double skin system with an intermediate sound-absorbing insulation layer.

It should also be noted that this profile can be manufactured in a curved form, enabling coverage of buildings with special architectural designs.

Applications

The trapezoidal profile TPS 50.1000 can be used in a wide range of applications such as facade renovations of existing buildings requiring interventions, roofs of steel buildings, canopies, parking areas, sports facilities, construction site fencing, and many other structures.

TPS 50.1000 DECK

Characteristics

The TPS 50.1000 DECK is a galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet for composite structures, specially designed to work together with lightly reinforced concrete after curing, acting together as a composite slab system.

Its main advantages are reduced construction time and cost, since in the initial stage it acts as a permanent formwork, eliminating the need for time-consuming timber formwork. Additionally, due to its high strength, it can span large distances, minimizing the need for secondary beams.

Dimensions & Weight

The profile design, with five trapezoidal ribs and light stiffening grooves, ensures high load resistance and excellent bonding with concrete.
