PRODUCTION METHOD

NEUROMETAL is a plaster reinforcement mesh produced from hot‑dip galvanized steel sheet. Through the appropriate forming process (main ribs and inverted ribs), it acquires the necessary rigidity to achieve perfectly flat surfaces.

The size and arrangement of the perforations between the ribs play a crucial role in determining the required amount of plaster. The smaller the perforations, the greater the plaster savings, resulting in reduced material consumption and improved efficiency.

Description

ZONE A (Forming Ribs)

The ribs provide the necessary rigidity to achieve the best possible flatness of the plaster surface. The NEUROMETAL we produce has two rib zones:

  • The main rib zone, with ribs 10 mm height and 8 mm width,
  • And the reinforcement zone, with inverted ribs 5 × 5 mm.

The ribs at the edges of each sheet align perfectly with one another. This ensures—and allows us to OFFER—the flattest NEUROMETAL sheet, the strongest, and the most economical, because one sheet does not need to overlap with another.

ZONE B – PERFORATION

Our company’s NEUROMETAL has the densest perforation pattern (8 rows of holes between the ribs). As a result, it requires less plaster, achieving a lighter construction and allowing for wider spacing between supports.
